FAQ

Q: Where does the tour start?

A: The two hour tour begins at the "Sara H. and John H. Lindsey Plaza" in Hermann Park. This is south of the Sam Houston statue and north of the reflection pool (see picture).

 

Q: Where will the tour end?

A: The tour will conclude at the southwest corner of Hermann Park, a short ten minute walk back to the starting point.

Q: Where can I park?

​A: Parking is available just west of the meeting point. If that is not available, there are some spots along Hermann Drive or by the Centennial Gardens. 

Q: How often is the tour held?

A: The tour is hosted most Saturday mornings from 8:30am - 12:30pm.

Q: How far in advance should I make a reservation?

A: Please reserve at least 12 hours before the tour begins.

Q: What should I bring?

A: Houston is hot and humid most of the time. Please bring water and dress for the weather.

Will Blasingame is a Texas native. Born near Dallas, he now lives in Houston's Museum District with his wife, Kyla, and dog, Bear.
